Is there anyway to help?

I scraped my knee during a race. My jeans were ripped, but the wound was about in inch long, one centimeter wide. There is a small circle of flesh exposed, small black lining, and grey-ish skin outlining the lining. White pus was oozing out of it when I took my band-aid off. (There is some hair sticking out of it too, and I shaved around it) My scraped skin was partially red, but soothed down when I applied Neospirin and Preparation H - Hemorrhoidal cream. After that, it was the same but with less black lining and turned more of the black lining to a dark red. I have been sneezing, having a stuffed nose, and my nose is cold for some odd reason. I've been having some pain in my Hinge joint.
