What does being thoughtful mean to you?

There's so many aspects of a thoughtful person. But i choose to set my answer up with this:

Before you talk, listen

Before you react, think

Before you spend, earn

Before you criticise, wait

Before you quit, try

What does being thoughtful mean to you?

I think that thoughtfulness is more about consideration than concern. To me it means not bothering people unnecessarily or needlessly creating additional and unnecessary work for them. Taking the extra step to ensure that that doesn't happen.
