At what age is dating reasonable? I understand that it depends of the maturity of each partner, but regardless, what's the normal age to start dating? I'd love your input! :)

In my family 16 is when most everyone is allowed to date. Some later based on level of maturity and responibility, but never earlier.

So this boy and I are friends, we are text a lot too. I'm not sure if he likes me or not, so, would it be too forward to invite him to a movie? We are on the same sports team, he told me he wanted to "stay in touch" when it's over.

I like this guy, he always flirts with me too (playful teasing, hugging, eye contact, etc.) He likes a girl, who doesn't like him back, he knows this too! His friend likes me also, is he backing off for his friend, what do I do? Please help me!

I say you start flirting was a different guy (make sure the guy knows you don't actually like him, use like your friend or something) and see if the guys get jealous. But you know I don't have a boyfriend so what do I know.
