Actually, it's quite common.  People goof and rub their eyes after applying hand sanitizer. Wash it well with clean water for 10-15 minutes.  If it gets worse, or if it continues for a half hour to an hour, go to the doctor.

I typically just use baby wipes and a towel / tissue to dry it with on my iPad, they seem to work well on my iPad, just as long as you remember yo dry it

There aren't a whole lot of female characters in Hetalia.  Though Veneziano spent time with Hungary when he was in Austria's house, so she could definitely go as Hungary.  Bonus- you get to carry a frying pan to whack perverts like France and Prussia.
