My kids' dad only sees one of them and only supports one of them. Only one of them is in his last name with his name on birth certificate. He claimed them both on FAFSA... is that even legal since he only supports one child and not the other?

Well obviously I didn't put him on the birth certificate either.

I had a court order for the father to have visitations a year later we went to mediation and agreed and now have a mediation agreed order. Because we have the new order is the other court order void? Or do we go by both court orders?
