My former career and my current career both are looked down upon. I'm a former correctional officer and am now a security officer. People look down on both as wannabe cops who couldn't make it on the force. Correctional officers are wrongly accused of being abusive, knuckle dragging, morons. Also false.

I don't know if people look down on it and don't really care but I'm retired from regular work. The two things I do now, I really love doing. One is being an Administrator for blurtit and the other is being a beta-tester for PC games for Slitherine. Love those jobs and enjoy both!

Go for it!!! I believe in taking chances. I've known people who put their number on their bill. Or asked another server to deliver the number. Because a lot of times they are so busy serving customers you have to be inventive or enlist the help of someone else. Good luck!!

In today's age, I don't think it's a problem at all ! Just write your name and number on a piece of paper and ask the person if they would like to have your number. If the person says Yes, then give it to them and maybe you'll have a great date in the future. … Read more
