Depends entirely on the product. "Organic" and "natural" don't mean much (especially the latter- it's not a regulated term)- it doesn't tell you whether the product contains a skin irritant. Natural doesn't mean it's good for you .. Remember, Arsenic is chemical element found in a 'natural' state. Doesn't mean it's 'good' for you.
Babies skin are very sensitive so the more natural/organic the better. It's just an "advantage" for their skin, but you don't HAVE to get those specific products.
