I,m 70 and live alone out in the country, miles from town or neighbors .
I've live alone for 15+ years.
Lately I've actually woken myself up talking to someone whom I believe is in bed with me and I've actually reached out trying to touch that person. When I do this I wake up, knowing I'm alone and think I'm losing my mind.
Is there a reason or and logic to my thinking ?
