We can wrap them up quickly by understanding that while I'm from Mars and speak Martian, Mrs Didge hails from Venus and speaks Venusian. Naturally there is some difficulty translating from one language to the other.

That results in lots of sarcastic comments about Martians and Venusians and is guaranteed to end up in laughter.

The cold hard fact is .. You are bound by laws that protect tentants.  Whether or not he/she is ill is irrelevant. As long as the rent is being paid, and the tenant is still staying within the boundaries of your rental agreement, there is no reason to 'do' anything.
