They are a very good exercise to do. Hold in and relax the muscle in the pelvis. It's like if you have to urinate hold it in then relax and let it out. Repeat as necessary. You can do them anywhere. Standing in line at the store, while you're at work, in an elevator..etc...

My brother, who lives in another state, just called. We talked and laughed for awhile, and then starting making plans for his visit in a month. Knowing I'm going to see him soon, makes me happy.
