If you want to use printer for official use then I will suggest use laser printer because ink jet printer is not so good for official use. 

This printer is suitable  for photo gallery shop. In addition, the speed of the laser printer is far better than ink jet printer.

That depends on the number of copies you are going to do, and how much money you have. If you are going to do a large number of copies, then laser is the way to go. If you are only going to do a few then inkjet is the way to go.
