My dog is pregnant I don't really know if she had her puppies yet, but she's really sad and her stomach looks swollen, pink and kinda purple, and she has bloody diarrhoea. She's a shih tzu mixed poodle I need help asap, what do I do? 

Best thing you can do and I would do it ASAP is call your Vet. She may be having trouble delivering. Please call your Vet and tell them. Please let us know how it goes.
