My friend is 40 and has finished having her kids. She's thinking of having breast surgery. She's already a large cup size and therefore does not need implants. But she wants them lifted. What does the operation involve and can it leave scars?

A breast lift operation is an option. I guess it is better than implants! Some incision lines resulting from breast lift are concealed in the natural breast contours.

However, others are visible on the breast surface. Incision lines are
permanent, but in most cases will fade and significantly improve over time.
