Only in UK, although if you get a schengen visa then you will be able to travel to various countries within the EU. Definitely worth checking out in my opinion.

Passports can only be renewed if your most recent passport:

• Is undamaged and can be submitted with your application.
• Was issued when you were age 16 or older.
• Was issued within the last 15 years.
• Was issued in your current name or you can legally document your name change.

British citizens can stay for a month and then apply for a visa for a further two months.
