My site www.mantramahagun.in was stable at 2nd no in Google ranking for a long time, but suddenly it vanished from SERP and was not visible for up to 10 pages. Please let me know what is the main reason for this?

I checked your site [LINK REMOVED] there may be various reason behind dropping of site ranking like loss of page rank, backlinks, bad linking, duplicate content. I would suggest you to analyze your site from scratch and find out all possible reason. There are many tools to check website. You can search in Google.
