The reasons I know of are: 1. Liquid is obviously not time released 2. Clinics use liquid bc its easier. Imagine trying to decrease or increase a dose by 1 or 2 mgs with a pill. Its not accurate enough 3. Methadone is Methadone. They can't have more Methadone in one than the other. 4.Its … Read more
