Stick Man asked 5/3/2016 I got a cramp recently on the back of my calf muscle for my left leg, and it is still a bit painful 2 days on. It's not that painful, it just feels like it needs to be stretched but it hurts. What's up with my leg?

Haley Hawkins asked 12/9/2015 I cut the tip of my thumb to where a flap of skin of hanging and I went to the ER and they put laceration tape on it and sent me on my way. I am supposed to by running a 5k today. Is it ok to run since the cut is on my hand?

Mark J. Hammond asked 9/20/2015 I broke my 5th metatarsal bone in my foot and doctor said I would be healed up in three weeks. I go to doctor this Tuesday They gave a walking boot .should I be wearing this thing when I sleep ? I have not been doing that! I still have some swelling and it still hurts some. I cannot see this healed up yet!
