What are the management practices used by hotels in handling towels?

They should use rubber gloves when handling customer towels and wash clothes but that never happens . I live with relatives i wouldn't trust having them handle my Bath Towel and Wash Clothes . They go use the bathroom and never wash their hands . Yeek 💀👀💩
