I hate to sweat, so I hate to "exercise". I do like to hike though.
Walking my dog.
Doing firewood.
Yoga stretching.
Pole dancing....☺
I like walking and using my "Simply Fit" board.
A good weights sessions is always good for me along with a bit of cardio.
I try to do weights 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), 3 days of cardio (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) with a rest day on the weekend.
The key is to mix it up a bit, so that you stay interested. No point doing something that bores you and you end up giving up after a month.
Sounds like work
My only daily exercise is flinging the spam off of me or running from the spamburgers.
