I've been eating overnight oats for a few months. It was weird at first because of the cold oatmeal. Now it's one of my favorite things to eat in the morning. I make it in a mason jar.

I keep my spices in mason jars.

I use mason jars to can beans, peanuts, corn.

Make jelly and bread and butter pickles in them.
