You may be able to unscrew the end of the faucet and see a little mesh "filter" that can be cleaned. Hopefully, that will restore your pressure.

I lost hot water pressure in the whole house. The hot water line going to the tank has a marble in it. It's suppose to help with something but this one got stuck.
Close the water, check washers for wearing and replace it.
