After I found traces of blood in my stool, my doctor advised me to take a colonoscopy. I am not comfortable with a colonoscopy test. Do I have any other option?

I don't know too many people who ARE "Comfortable" with a colonoscopy, however; that doesn't detract from the benefits this particular test has with regards to EARLY DETECTION of Colon Cancer and many other ailments that are better to address , literally, "Sooner then Later".

Be an adult and get the test (procedure) done.
