Not often at all. Actually there are only two people who I will do that for, my husband and my mother.

More often than I'd like to admit :( I like to please everyone, and I sometimes have a problem of not saying "no" when I want to or speaking up when something's bothering me.
Very rarely.
Not often . . . If given a choice, I will do what I want, and disregard that which I do not . . . Life's too short.
