It is my dads go to birthday cake.... Any birthday cake made for him, my mom, me or anyone else is angel food cake. Its so light and airy! :0)

It has been awhile actually. My dads b-day is in February and my mom and I are not till December so you caught me on the gap. :0)

I am not a big fan of angel food cake. But you got my attention with handbags! I am not really a "girly" girl, but I do like my purses.

Angel Food cake is one of my favorites.  I slice it crosswise, add a strawberry "jam" filling with fresh sliced strawberries too.  It becomes a light tasty layer cake.  Yum!!

I had pineapple angel food cake recently. It was a recipe from Tiger and it was awesome. I'm in need of a winter handbag now. I'll need to shop for one.

My mom made me an angel food cake every year for my birthday. Now, I make my own, using Tigers pineapple recipe.
