Nope.

Because any emergency that would require me to have a stash of cash ... Would render cash worthless.

Yes I have one years worth of salary stashed away in a separate savings account. In case someone gets injured, sick, fired for stealing staples, etc.

Nope. I hate cash. I have a good stash of gold, silver and diamonds set aside for a devastating emergency.

My squirrelly stashed are 20's here and a fifty there. 😓

Everytime I get it a little higher it's inevitable it has to be used for something.

After a major storm and four days without electricity many years ago we always keep some emergency cash in a safe place.

Anyone who lives in the hurricane zone should keep at least two weeks worth of cash stashed. Power goes out and ATMs do not work. Some stores will get up and running but often can't take charge/debit cards because phone lines are out. Plus many people won't work for a week or more because of a power outage. It is good to have the money stashed.

Yes, I do. The only problem is remembering where I put it, when I need it.

I don’t use cash anymore, unless I’m leaving a tip or feeding a meter.

If I were to stash currency, it would be in overseas accounts. But you didn’t hear that from me...

I have a large jar of coins and bills from returning recyclable cans and bottles. By now there is probablhy $500 in there.    It is earmarked for grandchild's college fund, but in the meantime it is available.
