I became friends with a young man in Bermuda that was a hotel bartender. He had stories galore and told us all about life on the island. It's not such a paradise when you're born and raised there. We went to his house that he shared with his mother, father and sister. They all worked in the hotel industry and made a lot of money but the cost of living is incredibly high. All of them wanted to get out of "paradise" and live in the US.
Every time I go to Bermuda, I stay at their house instead of a hotel. I had him and his sister visit me here in the States many years ago and they were both overwhelmed with the size, and we never went more than 200 miles from my house.
