Handling raw meat.
All of the above!!!
Cold and flu season, hospital visit, doctors office, shopping cart handles.... Hand sanitizers.
Everything else is hot water and soap BUT hand sanitizer is a perfect alternative. (I am a germ a phobe in recovery so this is a good compromise for me. There was a day when hand washing AND hand sanitizer was not enough for me. I would wash til my hands cracked and bled!)
Touching wet food in the sink
after taking out the garbage.
Not much . . . I would have to be in a very disease ridden ward of a hospital . . .
Every day interaction usually only needs hot water and soap . . .
If you use hand sanitizers to fight your battles, your immune system won't be "Up to snuff" for the real deals.
Hi there! I will always clean my hands with
sanitiser after getting off a bus that was packed. If you can’t find a place in
such a case, it will often be required to hold on to hand rails and, as you
know, these are very dirty. I also sanitise before eating!
Shaking hands with someone with clammy hands.
Petting or touching anything at the petting zoo. YUCK!
Phobia. Too much of sterile environment is not good for your immunity?
