Is it possible to juggle an empty water bottle (like a soccer ball with both feet)with practice?P.S.-i don't consider this as a soccer question. If you do then I apologize.

No. First off an empty water bottle doesn't enough weight to juggle. Secondly it is not the same aerodynamics making it difficult to control  with feet.

Last question:will that mess up my juggling with a soccer ball or it will be the same?

It should not mess up what your juggling with a soccer ball. And it won't be the same. Think of like a musician who can play the banjo and the guitar. Similar skills, but still different.
