Doesn't all pizza start out as a cheese pizza. Then they turn into pepperoni pizza, meat pizza, mushroom pizza, ham and pineapple pizza etc, etc?

I ate so much junk over the weekend the thought of pizza makes a bit nauseous. So I will pass on that one.
A cheese pizza is great; a double cheese pizza is a better beginning; and then adding fresh garlic, fresh mushrooms, kalamata olives, and Italian sausage is best. (In my wife's and my humble opinions.)
