What is your favorite kind of gravy?

My mother use to make giblet gravey that was great

Homemade beef gravy, slathered all over roast beef, mashed potatoes, french fries, biscuits, bread and almost anything else that will absorb gravy.

Brown beef gravy homemade.

I love turkey gravy .... And mine is pretty darned good. :)

No gravy!

However I am not unwilling to try you guys cooking of it! ☺

Sausage gravy over buttered toast. Dried beef gravy is also good.

I am not a gravy person, but I love Popeye's Cajun gravy that they put on their mashed potatoes.

Replace the gravy with LOTS of butter, and I am happy.
