Achievement is such an ambiguous word. To some who suffer greatly from depression, anxiety, PTSD, or a physical ailment such as a painful disease or loss of limb use.... Just getting out of bed maybe the greatest achievement if even for a day.
Another person may view many years of college, higher degrees, military boot camp or their career to be their greatest accomplishments.....
Still others will see having children or getting married to be their biggest high light of their life.
The adventurous spirited people may say foreign country, sky diving or surviving eating a blow fish.
We have the ones who view monetary items to dictate their success.... The bigger the bank account the better, biggest house, fasted car, best boat, etc.
There are people who measure accomplishments to be self control to say no to that beer, that drug, that woman, sex, food, etc. Or self control to lose 100 pounds, dump that toxic boyfriend, stay out of prison when statistics say you will be back. Or how about the self control to not kill the person who raped your kid, to forgive that drunk driver, or let go of the past once and for all.
Maybe you feel accomplished just reading my answer! Lol!
No matter how big or small what matters is, is that you achieve and accomplish everyday.
