I am sorry but up my way I am always thinking or asking how many inches of rain equals one inch of snow? Last year I tracked down the real answer. Most folks will say 1 inch of rain equals 10 inches of snow. That is a base line. Depending on the conditions It can go up to 30+ inches per in 1 inch of rain.
