I have dark, quiet, barely a breeze with a hint of rain in the air. Then suddenly the peace is interrupted by creepy large loud wind with trees scraping the roof of the house! When I first came outside there was patches of spots where it rained..... Not areas or sides but scattered patches! Lol!
Oh! I just saw a flash of lightning!
Right now at 7:10 am eastern it is 70 degrees F and very humid. The sun is out. It is suppose to reach 90 today. We started work an hour early to try and beat some of the heat.
The sun is shining, a breeze is blowing and the windows are open this morning. The humidity is low for now but it's going to get hot and more humid as the day goes on. No rain in sight.
8 AM Eastern time, sun out, no wind already 75. Temperature climbing to upper 90's with humidity already at 74. Very hot and humid. :(
In Omaha at 9:50 a.m. CST, it's a little cloudy and about 75 degrees.
Warm but cloudy .... And the news is talking about thunderstorms! (I wouldn't mind some more rain.)
Wow! From my lips to God's ears. It just started raining. :)
Humid, hot, 90s now heading up.
Today started out warm and sunny, not as humid as is has been, but still a little sticky. Then the afternoon rains hit dropping the temps and adding to the humidity.
