Currently? Elon Musk. Guy runs two companies pursuing something no one else is pursuing. Has a reputation for being a butt, but his leadership is bested by no one. My most favorite boss I ever had used to say "If I wanted your opinion, I'd beat it out of you". But he ran that company flawlessly. And Elon Musk is probably the same way.
