I am a pastry freak! I'd go to culinary school only to learn pastry. Hard to say I love them all. From croissants to pie, brioche to baklava. My favorite would probably be a cinnamon roll or an eclair.

I think they're called Viennoiserie and they have chocolate chips in them. Super good !
The grocery store here makes something called Pasterie Bites. They are like tiny turnovers. The apple ones are the best!
If I can pinch a line from Elizabeth Barrett Browning (who wasn't speaking about pastry at the time), "How shall I tell thee? Let me count the ways..."
If I had to settle on just one I'd go for French pastry (at least, that's what we call it in Oz). Mmmm. Delicious. Flaky pastry with passionfruit icing. I don't often indulge but it remains my favourite.
