I welcome them all here. It's fun to see the interesting questions that they ask. Life now for a teen is sooooooo different than my life as a teen, many many years ago.

Considering that teens use the internet the most, I'm not really surprised. Of the people I have met on here, I have clashed with a few but with most of them we agreed to disagree or realised that it was just a misunderstanding and we've been fine afterwards. Considering how some teens are these days, I would say we're lucky that the teens on here are generally very polite and are genuinely nice people who are trying to help.

Everyone is welcome here, over the age of 13 of course, and as long as the few rules we have are adhered to! This is a clean site, and it will remain so, some get upset about the admins doing our job, but we do have a great group of teens and adults for that matter.

They are as welcome here as anyone is. I have befriended many of them! Perhaps a better question is how we all think about you using anonymous?

I have a feeling about who asked this question but he wasn't brave enough to use his name and hides behind " anonymous ".

I really like having teens here. It's an opportunity to help them and to learn new things from them.

I don't know if you would call it a flood but I'm glad to see more teens here. 99% of them are well mannered and mingle well with the Adults. As Hippy said, teens are different now that when we were teens. I like hearing the fresh perspective they have. We have a good mixture of all ages and cultures. I think it's great ! Welcome to all !

Well, I have a whole group of friends on here, ages ranging from 15-21... It's a nice site to interact with others! And we're encouraging more of our friends to join, isn't that a good thing? :)

I don't know in most cases who is a teen, and who is not. And it really doesn't make any difference to me. If a question interests me, I try to answer. If not, I go on to the next.

Having teens on the site is great.  I learn a lot from them about their perspective on contemporary culture and new terms and new uses for old terms.  Teens have valuable questions about decision making and growing up, so it's really an opportunity for adults to make a contribution in the life of a stranger.

Teens are very much welcome here. Almost all of them come here with good questions and answers, are respectful when voicing their opinions and help us keep the trolling down to a bare minimum.

Just because they are younger than we are doesn't mean they don't have anything to contribute.

Unlike Ask, Blurtit teens don't clutter up this site with all those useless questions just to be posting something. Their questions are usually fun and gives us all something to think about.

Yes, it's quite different. I think the teens here are more sophisticated in their approach to asking questions. And the religious contingent is not here either.

I agree. There are religious folks on here, however, the site is not over-run with the fanatics and zealots ready to ram it down your throat. The Admins here don't allow this.

I don't mind answer religious questions that crop up. It's the continuous, never-ending, I'm right-you're wrong debating that is unnecessary.

I would like to believe that I will never be too old to be open to people of different ages. I learn from young people all the time. If it wasn't for the young people in my life and on here I would be stodgy. They remind me of where I started and make me happy that I won't have to be that young again. They make me belly laugh, and they keep me young. Their contributions on this site are priceless. Thank you, friends. :))

What's wrong with teens? Good grief, if every body was my age there'd be a raft of complaints about an infestation of geezers.  Teens own the future. Let's exchange a few ideas with them: That might broaden their horizons and stop we old curmudgeons from getting too mired in the past. It's a win-win situation.

I think we have a nice balance, and a really great community on here. It might sound a bit lame, but I'm really proud to be part of what we've got going on here...

It's so cool to see people drop by and ask a question, and then receive several helpful answers in return.

As for teens on Blurtit, I think it's super important we have people from all ages, countries and walks of life on here. It makes the site more interesting, and it makes us stronger as a community because Blurtit is able to provide answers about even more topics!

Young people keep us "Ancients" young. In real life I never hang out with "old folks".  Reading their questions and complaints give me an insight into their world, (The good, the bad and the ugly). At times a short sentence from an Ancient can really help them or put them in focus. Also some of their comments are truely out of sight.
