Has anyone successfully left America to escape socialism? It would seem that every country I've ever been to that has a high standard of living has some form of socialism, regardless.

I'm certain that the American government has not gotten so bad as to not let their citizens leave if they so desire. In fact, I know a few who have left America for various reasons and none of them were to "escape socialism." Our government is still a democracy. Best of luck my friend.
