Yes, sadly profiles are blocked on this site now and then.
Mainly for spamming the site with links, and occasionally we get some inappropriate content on here, but luckily that happens a lot less.
We have an awesome admin team who check on the site and the feeds regularly though, so we try to remove content that breaches our terms of use pretty quickly, and take action against profiles where appropriate.
