I USED TO WEIGH 290 POUNDS!!!! Now I weigh 230. I lost it all in 4 months. It was soooooo easy, I didn't even break a sweat. You need to increase the amount of water you drink daily have at least 3 liters. Keep in mind you'll be visiting the washroom quite frequently. Another main and KEY THING! Cut out sugar. A sugar free diet is the best diet. Humans are addicted to sugar and that takes a toll on us.
Don't starve yourself! Eat till you aren't hungry and aren't full. You should have 6 small but healthy meals a day. By healthy I don't mean McDonald salads. Walk walk walk. Running gets too over rated and tiring. So walk. It may take longer but it's easier and still really healthy.
But try to drink as much water as you can. You don't need diet pills or any of that BullSh#t they try to trick you into buying. Go low on the carbs and the fats!!! Don't eat deep fried things and anything that may be high in cholesterol. NO cheat days.. The only cheating you're doing is to yourself. I hope this helps you as much as it did me.
