I don't believe we're currently recruiting at time of writing this, and I should also make clear that I have nothing to do with that side of the business... But just as a general piece of advice I would say the best thing you could do would be to simply take part in the site and show passion and enthusiasm for the project that we've got going on.
I think that would be advice that's applicable to pretty much any company - recruiters will always value someone that's familiar with their product and genuinely passionate.
We have many community members who have really supported Blurtit and dedicated a lot of time and hard-work to the site, and I would personally recommend those handful of people to any employer out there - including Blurtit!
