No there isn't, if you don't want to answer, then don't. You have that freedom here. If you don't like a question, then you can go to the next one. Also, if you don't want to be notified when someone comments on a question that you answered, then you can click on the watch check on the upper right of the area where you are answering at, and you won't get email for that, and it will stop the extra emails that you get.
