I noticed a rash like sore on my unneutered male Bulldog's testicles. There is no change in the size of them. He does squat to pee, and sometimes does so on the patio stones, but they are smooth textured. It doesn't seem to bother him. Any idea what it could be.

Dog can get dermatitis in their inguinal area, across the prepuce, and on the scrotum. This can be due to allergies, contact dermatitis, local irritation, hot spot, and infection. Dogs can also get a sexually transmitted tumor called a transvenereal tumor--this is usually located on the prepuce/penile area. I would have your dog examined by a veterinarian for appropriate diagnostics and treatment.
