    I Have A 7 Week On Shih-tzu Puppy And Lately Her Heart Looks Like It's Beating A Million Time A Minute. I Can See Her Chest Pumping In And Out Real Fast And She Is Breathing Hard. What Is The Problem?

    My 7 week old puppy is breathing extremely fast and her heart seems to be pumping real fast. Could it be because of the heat?

    It could be, but there can be other underlying things going on here. I would give the pup some cold water, and see if that doesn't help initially, and if that doesn't help the pup, then I would get it to the vet, just to be safe, there could be something else going on here.
