I Want To Change A Two Prong Outlet To A Three Prong Plug Outlet, There Doesn't Appear To Be A Ground Wire. What Do I Need To Do?

Well maybe you don't have to change the wiring and plug. Cant you just buy a prong that has the 2 to plug into the wall and has the 3 part connection to it. Usually they are a grey color and cheap. Most people do this for their washer and dryers. Sounds much easier to me. To not use much electricity, you can also use a device where you can plug in many three way cords, I cant think of what they are called though, but you can turn the thing on and off and it protects the cords from blowing out and starting fires. If you want to replace the wall jack, then hopefully you will get a good answer here. If you don't find one, go to your local electrical parts store, and ask them. Usually, they can help you out, and tell you what you need. Or call an electrician, maybe they can give you some suggestions without making an appt. to come out. Or try a neighbor or a friend, or googling it on google.com you will find a lot of info. there and diagrams. Good luck.
