I Found A Lil Puppy Next To Her Dead Mom I Want To Care For It, Its Eyes Are Not Open I Bought The Formula, 3 Days Ago Her Feces Was Runny And Yellow Today It Looked Hard, Yellowish Brown. What's Wrong?

My question is does this usually happen with the switch from the mothers milk to the formula what should i do? The little puppy is sucking from the nurser bottle well but I've had her for 3 days now and the first days she deficated twice and the second day nothing and today a little bit but it was solid, what are some things i need to be cautious and aware of?

A newborn puppy is unable to urinate or have a bowel movement on its own, it doesn't have the necessary muscle control over these functions, so they have to be stimulated in order to urinate and defecate. Fortunately this is easy to do. Before and after feeding, get a cotton ball or piece of tissue... Moisten it with warm water and gently rub the anal and genital area until he goes.
You'll need to keep helping him until he's about three weeks of age. His feces should look brownish yellow, and be the consistency of deli mustard.

If you know of anyone who has a litter (cat or dog) at this time, see if the mom will adopt the pup and let it nurse... even a few days will greatly improve her chances.
