Spinach and fresh green beans ! Of course I could list some more but this is a good start.
Asparagus is my favorite.

Asparagus, and it has the added benefit of making your wee smell of rubber.
Oh man! I could list a lot! I literally will eat all my green vegetables! Brussel sprouts, spinach, broccoli, zucchini, lima beans, on and on!
Not big on Soylent Green. Too saLTY.
